Attract top students in your field to NC State by taking advantage of the Graduate School's recruiting resources, including a recruitment video with student testimonials, fellowships, a visitation program and funds for departmental recruiting activities.

The Graduate School offers a variety of professional development programs for graduate students and postdocs. Programs are available in the areas of communication, personal and professional development, leadership and management, and academic development. GTI Mentors are part of the PACK (Professional, Accessible, Compassionate, and Knowledgeable). The program aims to connect international students to working professionals in the NC State and local communities.

The Global Training Initiative works closely with faculty and departments across all 12 colleges.

The Global Training Initiative is certified by Berlitz as Cultural Orientations Approach Corporate Practitioners. The GTI offers a range of standard and custom global skills training workshops for professionals and students.
