The Study Abroad Office provides various training opportunities for current and prospective faculty directors each year. Topics are diverse and address the numerous roles associated with being a study abroad program faculty director.
The Faculty Director Handbook is a resource for faculty directors to review prior to departure as well as to use while abroad, as needed. It includes information on on-site program administration, finance, program management, emergency response, insurance and more.
The Study Abroad Office requires all Faculty Directors leading NC State study abroad programs to be enrolled in the GeoBlue insurance policy for the duration of their program
