The Research Support Council (RSC) is the research administration staff component of the Vice Chancellor’s research committees. The Research Operations Council (ROC) provides leadership at the college and university level for NC State research endeavors. The council’s monthly meeting agenda is set by the Vice Chancellor of Research and Innovation. Members include the associate dean for research (or comparable chief research officer) from each college, the Vice Chancellor’s senior staff and the University Research Committee’s chair.
